3D Photography Workshop

As part of our last project Man Who Mistook His Wife For A Hat), Chris asked, me and Skah, to take part in a workshop with the photography technician in order to get some good pictures of our final 3D piece that we’d done for the project. In the workshop we were shown how to used the lighting in the photography studio and then played with the angles, lighting and positioning of our object, to see how best to see how best to photograph the project.
Messing with the lighting and photography was really fun, we played with the way that we presented the piece and took some rapid fire shots that may be translated into an animation at some point soon. I’d love to look further into this idea, I’m a little too computer illiterate to do it myself, but Skah is far more experienced in animation, so I’d like her to show me how to do it.
